Oh my God! He's alive?!? This has got to be some sort of sick joke! We all thought he was dead. I just can't believe what I'm seeing! Frank was supposedly burned to death in an accident following his failed last attempt to stalk and capture some other young girl. It was suspected that it was retaliation from a friend of hers.
