Ethics
After taking the test I scored a 2C and a 7J. After reading about my test results it's clear that I prefer ethics of justice. I thought it was interesting that I chose two answers from ethics of care because it said most people do all for one and none for the other. According to results ethics of justice are based on abstract, impersonal principles, like justice, fairness, equality or authority. People who prefer this style see ethical dilemmas as involving primarily a conflict of rights that can be solved by the impartial application of some general principle. I believe that is true for the way I operate because I always try to do things by rules and regulations just because I feel it's the easiest way to do things without getting emotions involved. It also said people with this style tend to place a good deal of weight on moral principles, laws or policies, which they believe should be applied to all equally. The main advantage of this way is that you look at the problem logically and impartially. You try to be objective and fair, hoping to make a decision according to some standard that's "higher" than any specific individual's interests. It seems to fit like legalist approach and along the lines of traditional style management. I think that test gave a solid description of my ethical style because most of what it said I agree with. Sometimes when making key decisions I tend to be too impersonal and most of the time I think of the things along the lines of rules and policies. After reading that though I am going to try and think of ethics in both ways to help me become a well rounded person.

Also one of the best things about this website was that after everything you read it said something like "if you
