What’s your stand about abortion? Why?

        Three (60%) of the respondents say that abortion is immoral and that they are against it.

        One (10%) of the respondents say that it is moral.

        One (10%) of the respondents say that they are neutral with abortion.

Catherine Agito (IV-LTM): Abortion is a long-standing moral issue because it saves a woman from being pregnant but, on the other hand, killing a beautiful life that is yet to bloom.

Zsarina Anacion (IV-SW): Abortion, as per the majority sees it in the Philippines, is an act that is an abomination to Christianity as per religion, wherein one denies a living being of life and should not be the scapegoat to unwanted pregnancy. In my own perspective, it is not an abominational act, but rather an economically effective solution to solve poverty. and a necessary decision to save people. As cruel as this might south to most, it actually is not, depending on what lens you view abortion. Life, as defined by the Philippines law starts at conception, whereas in other countries, life starts at birth, meaning to say abortion isnt really a crime, depends on where you're coming from or how you were raised. To sum things up, think of two teens, having a baby. Two lenses: Positive and Negative. Positive, it is the start of new life. Period. Negative, this is harmful towards the future of at least three people. The two teens, sacrificing their future, future opportunities and career, as well as their financial situation, all for the sake of an unborn specimen. Not to mention the damage this would bring to not only the two teens but also to their families and the child itself (if not aborted). By sacrificing one specimen, you actually save the future of both teens, the name of both families and save the future and career opportunities of both parties.

Bern Bonjoc (IV-IS): I am actually pro-life, not because of my religion, but because I believe that every life matters. There are more choices other than choosing abortion as a solution to your problem, and one is choosing to have the child up for adoption.

Dyanne De Ocampo (IV-SW): Abortion is immoral. Abortion is already a murder because it is killing another human being and even though it may still be a small fetus, there is life inside it already.

Jill Bernice Sta. Ana (IV-SW): I am against abortion because it deprives the child's right to life and to experience the wonders of life.

When is premarital sex acceptable?

        Two (40%) of our respondents say that premarital sex is acceptable for them.

        Two (40%) of our respondents say that premarital sex is acceptable for them, but with conditions.

        One (20%) of our respondents say that premarital sex is not acceptable for them.          

Catherine Agito (IV-LTM): It will never be acceptable for me.

Zsarina Anacion (IV-SW): Premarital sex is acceptable anytime. I kid. It's acceptable as long as both parties have sex with consent or you're living with parents or an environment who arent old school, hardcore religious people, thinking that premarital sex is the sin of the ages and would eventually end their whole world.

Bern Bonjoc (IV-IS): Premarital sex is when that particular person is ready. And by ready, it is your choice to do so or not, but there are consequences. 

Dyanne De Ocampo (IV-SW): Premarital sex is commonly acceptable to liberalized countries like America maybe because most people do it and it became one of their norms.

Jill Bernice Sta. Ana (IV-SW): Premarital sex is acceptable only when the couple is going to be married.

Do you think homosexuality is immoral? Why or why not?

        Four (80%) of our respondents say that homosexuality is moral.

        One (20%) of our respondents say that homosexuality is immoral.

Catherine Agito (IV-LTM): No, for we have the freedom to choose our own sexual preference that is according to our beliefs, character and personality.

Zsarina Anacion (IV-SW): Homosexuality is moral. It is defined as a relationship between two individuals. Love is also defined as a special bond between two individuals. So i dont see love as something that is seen immoral, neither should homosexuality be.

Bern Bonjoc (IV-IS): No. There are no boundaries when it comes to choosing your partner. Just choose to love.
