The problem that I choose to solve with my business plan is stated below:

1. As a part of the globalizing world people are becoming busier day by day which is keeping them busy in work throughout the day.
2. As time passes by, the situation is expected to turn in severe and people will have to dedicate themselves more to their work
3. On the other hand, because of development in medical technology people’s life expectancy is increasing and so there is an increased need for serving these age of people.
4. In thought of that, I have planned to design my business as a service provider of need based assistance to the aged citizens.
5. The idea is to serve on various purposes. For instance, I plan to start with incorporating young university going people to be indulged in.
6. There is going to be a app through which both the service providers and the receivers will be connected and contact as per need.
7. As in our city it’s really hard to meet and complete appointments in time, our team of young members will be taking care of this matter.
8. If someone is not being able to take their aged member of the family to the doctor’s appointment, they can book an appointment via the app with our team member of convenient location and provide the service as required.
9. Along with that I also plan to include an old home within the service business, where in a section there will be a residential building. Besides, there will be such system that old people can come and pass their time with people of their age.
10. The service team is going to be the young, who will be available as per their own convenience of time.
