If you were in a management position and there was no one above you and you had served your whole term, what would you do? Would you say I have done my part and throw in the towel? Or would you strap up and go at it again? Had you really made a difference in the people's lives that you were leading, and were they appreciative of it? George Bush and Abraham Lincoln were two men that selected the second choice. They were both people that were very influential in the United States past and in the future. Lincoln also had lots more uneducated people; this means that he could not talk as technical as Bush could do in present day. Bush had to be more careful in what he said though because he was talking to men, women, blacks, whites, Spanish and to many other races of people. At the same time both Lincoln and Bush were talking to other government officials, so they could not bore them.

Lincoln had just ended a war when
